2026 Senior Provincial Championships

The 2026 Senior Provincials hosted at the BVAC in Calgary is in the books. 

With 105 participants spread across 14 very competitive divisions, we were treated to a show of fantastic squash, sportsmanship and comradery over the 4 day event. 

When the dust settled Connor Turk and Kelsey Souchereau reclaimed their titles as the 2026 Squash Alberta Provincial Champions. 

A special shout out to Dean Brown, Darren Thomson  and their fantastic staff at the BVAC for hosting us over the weekend.  Such a great venue to play, watch squash and hang out!

A big Thank You to our unsung warriors behind the glass keeping play organized and working hard to ensure a fair outcome for all.  Squash Alberta officials:  Rod McDougall, Ben Groot, Colin Schille, David Young, Chris Doyle, Aaron Oevering, Gwynne Bykowski, Marilyn Scott and to all the players that put in time behind the glass over the weekend - great job!

 

We hope everyone has a fantastic summer and look forward to seeing you all back on court when the weather gets cooler and the days get shorter in the fall.
