Squash Alberta's most recent By-Laws were reviewed and updated over several months by the By-Laws committee.
The process was completed in spring 2017, reviewed by the Board of Directors, and presented to the membership for ratification at Squash Alberta's AGM in September 2017. Following ratification, the updated By-Laws were filed with Service Alberta on September 21st, 2017. Approval for the updated By-Laws was received January 2018.
Alberta Squash Racquets Association was established in 1967 as a registered non-profit society in the Province of Alberta and is the governing body for the sport of squash in Alberta. In the late 80's the operating name was changed to Squash Alberta. The role of Squash Alberta is to promote and facilitate the development of squash for all Albertans.
